摘要
目的观察泮托拉唑联合复方谷氨酰胺治疗难治性消化性溃疡的疗效。方法将120例难治性消化性溃疡随机分为两组,其中一组给予内科常规治疗,作为对照组,观察组给泮托拉唑联合复方谷氨酰胺。结果治疗组总有效率为86.6%,对照组总有效率为60%。结论观察组疗效明显优于对照组。
Objective To study the effieacy of Pantoprazole and Compound Glutamine Granules in the theatment of peptic ulcer in difficuty.Methods one hundred and twenty patients with the theatment of peptic ulcer in difficulty were freely diveded into two groups.The theatment group received Pantoprazole and Compound Glutamine Granules while the comparing group received normal theatment of peptic ulcer.Results The effective proportion of theatment group is 86.6% and comparing one is 60%.Conclusion Pantoprazole and Compound Glutamine Granules is more effective than comparing one.
