摘要
基于现代医学对肠瘘治疗的不足之处,本文从中医学视角探讨了中医药对肠瘘的认识和治疗。中医学认为肠瘘的发生主要是因为疮痈发于肠,或内流或外溃,侵蚀肠壁、腹壁、肌表等组织,久不愈合,形成异常的通道,而疮痈产生的脓毒和体内的分泌物甚则饮食循瘘口而流布。治疗采用"托里排毒"的方法,补益气血,调理脾胃、生肌敛疮结合清热解毒排脓,化痰逐瘀,以标本并治。结果取得了良好的疗效,发挥了中医学的优势和特色。
Regarding as the shortage of Western Medicine to treat the intestinal fistula, this essay try to discuss the Recognition and Treatment of TCM on intestinal fistula. According to TCM theory, the intestinal fistula is caused by ulcer and carbuncle on intestine, the secretion move inward or outward and hurt the intestinal and abdominal walls and skin. Ulcers and carbuncle can not be heal up and produce the unusual passage by which purulent and toxin and secretion even food and water distribute everywhere. We take the ＂support Right qi and expel toxin＂ treatment method on superficial and root, that is, tonifying qi and blood, regulating spleen and stomach, promoting tissue regeneration and ulcer healing, clearing up heat and relieve toxin and expel pus, eliminating phlegm and moving blood stasis. Our treatment got good curative effect and demonstrating the superiority and characteristics.
