摘要
医院经济效率的影响因素较多 ,有内部和外部因素 ,也有量化因素和非量化的政策因素。该文的目的在于从诸多因素中找出影响医院综合效率的主要因素、及其作用的方向和幅度。该文分别以单元成本、平均住院日和数据包络分析 (DEA)得分为因变量 ,以医院性质、级别、投入因素、政策因素等为自变量 ,应用多元线形模型和逐步回归模型分析方法 ,分析了医院内外因素的作用 ,结果显示 ,对淄博和南通两市讲 ,主要影响因素基本相同 ,医院级别越高效率相对越高 ,药品收入比例越高效率越低 ,医疗保障制度改革的实施有益于控制单元成本。
The efficiency of hospital services were influenced by internal factors and external factors, meanwhile the factors can be measured by dummy variables. The objective of the paper is to find the main factors and caused their results. Regression model and stepwise regression model have been used and the dependent variable is unit cost, ALOS and DEA score, the independent variables are hospital classification, level, inputs, health policies et al. The result indicates that: the main influenced factors for Zibo city and Nantong city are the same, the higher levels of hospital the higher of hospital providing efficiency, the efficiency will be decreased with the increasing of percentage of hospital drug revenue, health insurance implementation will increase the multi-efficiency, reform of medical price regulation also will increase the hospital providing efficiency.
