摘要
根据韦氏起电机工作原理 ,对其逆时针过程收集不到电荷进行分析 ,肯定了逆时针过程并非不起电 ,而是收集不到的原因 ,并提出了逆时针过程收集电荷方案 .
According to the working principle of Weishi induction motor,this article makes an analysis why anticlockwise process can not collect electric charge,and definites the reason the process of anticlockwise can produce electric charge,but can't collect.In the end,it puts forward the plans how to do.
