摘要
目的 探讨一种修复肉芽创面的新方法。方法 创面清创后,将整张全厚或厚中厚皮片移植于肉芽创面上,然后埋管、包扎。结果 50例创面中2例移植皮片边缘轻度感染,1例皮片下少量积液,其余47例移植皮片均100%成活,随访3个月至1年,外观满意,肢体功能活动未受影响。结论 本手术操作简单,皮片成活率高,对中、小面积肉芽创面的修复不失为一种理想的方法。
objective To probe into a new method of mending graulation wound. Methods The woundis cleaned before the whole full-thickness or medium-thickness skin is transplanted on the surface ofgranulation wound. Then the wound is bound up after the tube is laid above it. After the operation,antibiotic liquid is injected on schedule through the tube. Results The results have shown that twosamples have been infected lightly on the edge of the transplanted skin, and one sample has a smallamount of liquid under the skin. Whereas the rest 47 samples have all survived with the rate of 100%.By observing these samples for three months to one year, we have found that the outer skin is satisfying,and the activity functions of limbs are not influenced. Conclusions This kind of operation is easyto make. And the survival rate of skin rather high. Thus it can be a good method to mend the middle-size or small-size granulation wound.
