摘要
目的探讨应用微创技术加埋管一期修复Ⅱ区指屈肌腱损伤的疗效。方法应用微创技术加埋管,术中、术后注入玻璃酸钠一期修复Ⅱ区指屈肌腱92例152指,术后早期行主、被动活动。结果疗效优者102指,良者35指,优良率90.1%。结论新鲜的Ⅱ区指屈肌腱损伤,应用微创技术加埋管注入玻璃酸钠一期修复,早期行主、被动活动,疗效满意。
Objectives Probe into the curative results of a minimally-invasive technique plus tubule-embedding for drug-injection in repairing the zona-Ⅱ flexor tendon injury of fingers. Methods One hundred and fifty-two fingers of ninety-two patients were treated with the minimally-invasive operation of tubularly injecting sodium hyaluronate to primarily repair their zona-Ⅱ flexor tendon injuries,then advising the patients to take active and passive exercises after the operation. Results One hundred and two fingers got excellent curative effect,35 got good one,the both accounted for 90.1% of the total fingers. Conclution New injuries of zona-Ⅱ flexor tendon receiving the minimally-invasive operation and taking early active,passive exercises must get a satisfying result.
