摘要 教学设计作为一门创建有效学习环境的艺术和科学,其内涵与外延,因不同的国家、地区和学习者文化背景的差异而有所差别。学习、借鉴国内外教学设计理论研究与实践动作的优秀成果,创建符合中国国情的电大远程开放教育教学设计的一般模式并付诸实践,是解决电大远程开放教育不同层次和环节教学问题,实现教学过程的科学化和教学效果最优化的客观需要。 Teaching design, as an art and science of creating efficient learning surroundings, differs from each other in different countries, regions and different culture background. It is necessary to learn from the fruits of theory and practice both in domestic and abroad. To create a model fit for the present situation in China is the necessity of solving different levels and links in RTVU modern distance education, as well as realizing scientific teaching process and optimum of teaching results.
