摘要
基于氨苄西林钠和美洛西林钠分子中含钠元素 ,通过原子吸收光谱法测定钠的含量 ,可测得药品中氨苄西林钠和美洛西林钠的含量 .氨苄西林钠和美洛西林钠的浓度分别为 0 .81~ 5 .6 5 μg/mL和 0 .82~ 1 2 .33μg/mL时与吸光度呈线性关系 ,检出限分别为 4 .99μg/mL和 7.93μg/mL ,精密度分别为 0 .84 %和 2 .93% ,回收率分别为 97.5 %~ 95 .0 %和 95 .5 %~ 1 0 5 .0 % .
Due to Ampicillin Sodium and Mezlocillin sodium molecules contain Sodium element, We can measure the content of Sodium by the atomic Absorption Spectrometry,to measure the content of Ampicillin Sodium and Mezlocillin sodium in medicine,respectwely. The linear calibration range ampicillin sodium and Mezlocillin sodium is 0.81~5.65μg/mL and 0.82~12.33μg/mL respectively, with detection limits of 4.99μg/mL respectively, and 7.93 μg/mL, and the relative standard deviation is 0.84% and 2.93% , respectively. The recovery is 97.5%~95.0% and 95.5%~105.0% ,respectively.
