燃料硫含量的急剧降低并趋近于零(<5mg/kg),要求分析试验的精确度准确至1mg/kg以上。而现有分析方法的试验精度以及试验室管理水平已越来越难以满足燃料清洁化发展的要求。分析技术面临严峻挑战。
The decrease and approach zero for the maximum allowed sulfur, require the accuracy of
analysis methods down to 1 mg/kg. Unfortunately, the precision of most of current test methodologies and the organizational management of most of laboratory is not satisfactory. Therefore, the analytical technology is facing huge challenges.
