摘要 目的研究沙门菌的PCR检测方法。方法引物选择沙门菌的hilA基因,应用PCR法检测沙门菌。结果PCR能检测经选择性增菌液培养的沙门菌,扩增片段在497 bp。结论应用PCR检测沙门菌,具有快速、特异、灵敏和简便的特点。 Objective To study the method for detection of Salmonella by polymerase chain reaction (PCR).Method Based on unique sequence characteristic of hilA,hilA was amplified by polymerase chain reaction.Result HilA primers targeted a 497bp region of HilA gene specific to Salmonella.Conclusion The PCR based on unique sequence characteris- tic of HilA is a method of high specificity,good reproducibility and high sensitivity.It's a practical method for Salmonella de- tection.
