摘要
目的探讨铅中毒对红细胞膜的免疫黏附功能的改变及对微量元素的影响。方法1实验室检测,血铅的检测,采用末梢血纸片法。红细胞免疫功能的检测,测定红细胞受体花环率。2统计学方法,将21例铅中毒患儿与30例健康儿对照,分别测定红细胞C_3b受体花环率及微量元素,用均数±标准差表示,用t检验分析实验数据。结果铅中毒组RBC-C_3b受体下降,与健康组有差异(P<0.05),血铁、钙、锌均较健康组有不同程度减少(P<0.01)。结论以上结果表明,铅中毒儿童红细胞膜功能下降,血液中钙与铁、锌、铜等微量元素水平减低,可能与患儿的微量元素吸收与利用下降有关。
Objective To explore the effects of lead poisoning on immune adhesive function of erythrocytes membrane and levels of trace element in the erythrocytes.Methods Twenty-one children with lead poisoning and 30 healthy chil- dren were entered into the experimental group and the control group,Lead level of peripheral blood was detected by using pa- per tablet with blood lead analyzer;calcium,iron,zinc,copper and other trace elements were respectively assayed by using atomic absorption spectroscopy(BH5100 type);RBC-C#3b receptor rosette forming rate was determined by erythrocytes membrane immune adhesion function and obtained data were statistically dealt with t-test.Results RBC-C##3 b receptor in the lead poisoning group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and levels of Fe,Ca and Zn in peripheral blood in the lead poisoning group were also decreased (P<0.01 ).Conclusion The results suggest that lead poisoning could af- fect the erythrocyte membrane function and decrease serum Ca and other trace elements(Fe,Zn and Cu)content in the eryth- rocyte,these elements changes might relate to the decrease of absorption and utilization in the children suffered from lead poi- soning.
