摘要
本文介绍了以BUCK变换为主拓扑电路、C3573为核心构成的电压控制型脉宽调制矿用充电器,并对主拓扑电路各个参数进行分析和计算,并对由UC3573引起的电压误差进行补偿,进一步探讨了反馈控制的传递函数和环路参数的设计过程,阐述了双极点一双零点补偿网络的设计原理与具体过程。实验结果表明:该充电器具有频响快、负载调整率高、充电电压稳定、纹波小的优点,是一种性能可靠的实用型充电器。
A miner's lamp charger of voltage controlled PWM is introduced in this paper, which adopts BUCK transformation as the main circuit and uses UC3573 as the core. The main circuit parameters is analyzed and calculated, and the voltage error which is caused by UC3573 is compensated. Further,it is discussed that the design process of feedback-controlled transfer function and loop parameters. It is expounded that the design principle and process of two-pole and two-zero compensation network. According to the experiment, it is showed that the charger has many advantages,such as fast frequency response, high adjusting rate of load,stable output of voltage and small ripple. It is a practical charger with reliable performances.
