本文介绍了以８０３１单片机为控制核心构成的高空作业车单片机力矩限制器，可以直接做为直屈伸式高空作业车的安全保护装置。具有语音功能、较高的智能水平和可靠性，并且具有较好的通用性。
In this paper we introduce both the construction and the principle of the SKY BOY momentlimiter, Which can be used as one of the safeguards devices. It has the properties of speechfunction, high intellegence, high reliability and high pricision.
