摘要
研制了一种新型应变式全剪切三维加速度传感器,其弹性元件为一双层错位孔的薄壁圆筒,即每一层均匀开出4个孔槽,上下层孔槽之间相互错开45°角,从而实现了三维加速度量都利用剪切应变测量。有限元分析计算和实验结果表明,所研制的传感器在3个正交方向上都有较高的灵敏度,各加速度分量互干扰小。
A new type of three-axis full sear acceleration sensor is presented in this paper. Its yielding part is a thin cylinder on which four holes are opened evenly at each of the two levels, so the shear stress can be gained in three axes. The calculations and experiments prove this sensor has high sensitivity and small cross sensitivity in three axes.
