摘要
介绍了微波功率座自动校准系统的组成,阐述了单定向耦合器法校准功率座的原理,分析了该校准系统的不确定度来源,并结合实际给出了不确定度的分析方法和计算过程。
The composition and main functions of microwave power-base auto calibration system are introduced in the paper. The evaluation courses and technical analyses are discussed in detail. This paper explains the principle of the single action coupler method, and discusses the error sources of uncertainty in measurement of the calibration system. Analyzing methods and calculate process is given according to the practical example. The courses and conclusions of analysis and uncertainty evaluations have proved the effectiveness and practicability of the method. It could be applied to the characteristics and performance evaluation of microwave power base.
