摘要
目的建立气相色谱法测定苯扎贝特中有机溶剂氯仿、丙酮、乙酸乙酯残留量的方法。方法采用顶空毛细管气相色谱法,应用DB-624毛细管柱(30m×0.32mm×1.8μm);氢火焰离子化检测器,以DMF为溶剂,程序升温,外标法测定苯扎贝特中有机溶剂氯仿、丙酮、乙酸乙酯残留量。结果三种有机溶剂完全分离,在所考察的浓度范围内线性良好,r在0.9996~1之间,氯仿、丙酮、乙酸乙酯的平均回收率分别97.05%、96.18%、98.92%,精密度和重复性RSD均小于10%,氯仿、丙酮、乙酸乙酯的检测限分别为3.0,0.2,0.2μg/mL。结论本法快速、灵敏、准确,可用于原料药苯扎贝特中残留溶剂的检测。
OBJECTIVE To develop a method for determination of three residual organic solvent in bezafibrate.METHODS The residual organic solvent in bezafibrate are chloroform,ethyl acetate,acetone which were quantitatively determined by headspace Gas Chromatography on DB-624 capillary column(30m×0.32mm×1.8μm),FID detector and programablly increased temperature,the samples were dissolved in DMF.
