摘要
研究了用粉煤灰与硫铁矿烧渣制复合混凝剂及处理垃圾渗滤液的工艺条件。结果表明:粉煤灰与硫铁矿烧渣的质量比为2∶1,另加入10%的NaCl,加入4 mol/L的硫酸,液固质量比为3∶1,在95℃下振荡反应2.5 h,制得黄色、粘稠状复合混凝剂。用于处理垃圾渗滤液,将其pH值调至5,加入体积比为0.45%的复合混凝剂,温度为25℃时,快搅拌1.5 min、慢搅拌10 min,COD、SS及色度的去除率达75.0%、99.3%和84.6%,处理后水中SS及色度达到了国家污水综合排放标准(GB8978—1996)一级标准,COD远低于二级标准。自制复合混凝剂与市售硫酸铝、硫酸铁、硫酸铝与硫酸铁混合混凝剂比较,具有混凝效果好、沉降速度快、污泥体积小、应用前景广阔的优点。
In this paper,the preparation technological conditions of complex coagulant from fly ash and pyrite cinder and landfill leachate treated by it were researched.
