摘要
研究了累托石负载壳聚糖制复合颗粒吸附材料的工艺条件、再生方法,并用其处理含Cu2+工业废水。试验结果表明:壳聚糖与累托石质量比为0.09∶1,乙酸浓度为5%,液固质量比为1∶1,制成的颗粒材料吸附效果好。在未调节该废水pH值的条件下,复合颗粒吸附材料用量为0.025 g/mL,反应时间为90 min,温度为40℃,Cu2+的去除率为93.96%,处理后的废水中Cu2+的残留浓度远低于国家《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)一级标准。吸附遵循吸附等温式logQe=0.7077logCe-0.4033。复合颗粒吸附材料的吸附效果优于壳聚糖、累托石。用1 mol/L NaCl溶液对吸附饱和复合颗粒吸附材料进行再生,用其处理该废水效果仍然较好。
In this paper,the preparation technological conditions and regeneration method of a novel granulated adsorbing material of rectorite-supported chitosan and the treatment of Cu^2+-containing industry wastewater has been researched.The experimental results show that under the conditions with the mass ratio of chitosan and rectorite of 0.09∶1,the concentration of acetic acid of 5%,and the mass ratio of liquid and solid of 1∶1,the efficiency of removal Cu^2+ with granulated materials is the best.Under the conditions of natural pH,and with the addition of the granulated material of 0.025 g/ mL,the reaction time of 90 minutes,and the reaction temperature of 40 ℃,the efficiency for the granulated material to remove Cu^2+ from the industry wastewater is 93.96%,and the concentration of Cu^2+ of the wastewater after treatment conformed is lower than the first level of integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB8978—1996).The adsorption is fit for Freundlich isotherm: log Qe=0.707 7logCe-0.403 3. Compared with chitosan and rectorite,the adsorption effect of the granulated materials is the best.The granulated material adsorbed saturate was regenerated with 1 mol/L sodium chloride(NaCl),and reused.
