摘要
定义了压缩率的概念,提出了一个可以构建三角格子、压缩三角格子、正方格子和矩形格子光子晶体光纤的模型;基于此压缩率模型,应用超格子构造法研究了压缩对光子晶体光纤双折射特性的影响.结果表明,通过改变光子晶体光纤晶格的压缩率可以获得较大的双折射.另外,分析了光纤双折射随晶格常数和空气孔直径的变化规律,并报导了光纤双折射符号随着空气孔直径变化而发生多次改变的现象.
A numerical model of the photohic crystal fiber(PCF) with triangular lattice,squeezing triangular lattice,square lattice and rectangle lattice is presented for the first time.The concept of squeezing ratio is defined to study the influence of squeezing on the PCF′s birefringence characteristics by supercell lattice method.The multi-hold rotation symmetry of photonic crystal fibers can be broke by squeezing the PCF′s lattice along a certain direction,which is an important method to make PCF highly birefringe...
