摘要
对激励机制在大学生思想政治教育过程中的作用及现实的运用进行了分析,并针对当今高校学生管理及素质教育的实际情况,就合理设置激励措施,充分发挥激励作用进行了探讨。
The role and the use of the incentive mechanism in the process of ideological and political education of university students have been analyzed in this paper,according to the real situation of students management and quality education.Reasonable design of the incentive mechanism and improvement the role of incentive have also been discussed.
