摘要 国有企业作为国家的主要经济支柱,要发展和提升核心竞争力,面临着严峻和迫切的人才管理挑战。人才流失使国有企业核心竞争力下降,拉大了与其他竞争企业的差距,严重影响和制约了国有企业发展。人才流失的原因是多方面的,研究和寻求解决人才流失危机的对策,已成为是当前国有企业实施人才战略、强化人才管理的重要课题。 The state-owned enterprises, as the mainstay of our national economy, is faced with the severe and urgent talents management in the process of improving the core competitiveness. The talents loss weakens the core competitiveness of the state-owned enterprises, widens the gap between the state-owned enterprises and their competitors and thus seriously hinders the healthy development of the state-owned enterprises. There are many causes of the talents loss, but it has become an important task for the state-owned enterprises to study the causes and seek for the countermeasures to stop the talents loss so as to implement the talents strategy and enhance the talents management.
