摘要
观察针灸与药物治疗枕神经痛的疗效及副作用的差异。方法:治疗组针灸患侧天柱穴和双侧风池穴35例,并与对照组口服卡马西平和强的松片35例治疗1疗程后进行比较。结果:治疗组总有效率88.5 % ,对照组总有效率85 .7% ,经统计分析无显著性差异(P <0 .0 5 ) ,但远期疗效及副作用治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:针灸疗法治疗本病优于对照组。
Purpose To compare the therapeutic effects and side effects of acupuncture and medication on Occipital Neuralgia(ON).Methods Treatment group(35 cases)were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion at Tianzhu(Diseased Side)and Fengchi(Double side),and control group(35 cases)were treated with Carbamazepinum and Predinisoni Acetas tablets,and their therapeutic effects were compared after one session.Results The total effective rate was 88.5% in the treatment group and 85.7% in the control group with an insignificant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).But the lasting-effect in the treatment group is significant better and side-effect is less than the control group.Conclusion Accupuncture and moxibustion therapy is better than medication for ON.
