摘要
本文介绍了原料粒度、粘结剂用量、配碳量时铬铁矿球团生球性能的影响以及温度和还原时间对金属化率的影响,结果表明:1350℃还原15min,铬金属化率达90%以上;配碳量应比理论配碳量过量20%;用1:3的H2SO4对还原球团采用加热回流法溶样,解决了金属铬和金属铁的化学分析问题。
Balling and reducing experiments of carbon-bearing chromite powder were carried out in laboratory.
