通过试验室验证,含碳冷固结球团矿在1100℃以上的高温下,无论在还原气氛、中性气氛或氧化性气氛中都可以靠球团内含的碳实现快速自还原。在1100℃以上的高温下,含碳冷固结球团矿在开始的40分钟内还原速度快,以后趋向平缓。在含碳冷固结球团中,当固定碳的克原子数与氧的克原子数之比R<0.9,在1200℃以上高温下还原时,将出现还原停滞;如果R≥1.只要球团中有FeO和碳同时大量存在,在1200℃以上。还原反应将继续进行,球团不熔滴。
Laboratory tests confirm that: at abeve 1100℃ temperature,the cold-boned carbonbearing pellets can be realized quickly self-reduction, in reducing, neutral or inert atmosphere. At above 1100℃,the cold-boned carbon-boring pellet is quickly reduced in initial 40min, and then becomes flat. In cold-boned pellet, as the ratio of mol C to mol iron oxide R>0.9, the reduction will be delayed, whereas if R≥1, as long as there are abundant FeO and carbon presence the reduction reactioa will continued, and the pellets wouldn't melt down.
