ASD理论视角下本科教学审核评估整改工作运行逻辑、困境与推动路径 被引量:3

Operating Logic, Dilemma and Promoting Path of Undergraduate Teaching Audit Evaluation Rectification from the Perspective of ASD Theory

摘要 本科教学评估是推动'双一流'建设的重要抓手,我国从2013年起在全国高校开展了本科教学审核评估,整改作为审核评估的重要环节,关系到审核评估效能的发挥,即能否有效促进本科教学质量保障体系的建设和完善,能否促进人才培养质量改进与提高.基于ASD理论视角,行动者、制度、环境可视为整改工作中重要的三大因果力,三者之间良性互动,可以破解当前整改工作所面临的行动者参与互动不足、制度短缺、环境约束等困境.为此,只有充分激发行动者的能动性,完善整改制度安排,营造环境支持氛围,才能更好地推动审核评估整改工作取得实效. Since 2013,our country has carried out undergraduate teaching audit evaluation in universities.As an important link of audit evaluation,rectification is related to the effectiveness of audit evaluation,that is,whether it can effectively promote the establishment of undergraduate teaching quality assurance system,and whether it can enhance the quality of talent training.From the perspective of ASD theory,actors,institutions and environment can be regarded as the three important causal forces in the rectification work.The benign interaction among them can solve the dilemma of insufficient participation and interaction of actors,shortage of institutions and environmental constraints in the current rectification work.Therefore,only by fully stimulating the initiative of the actors,improving the institutional arrangements of the rectification and creating an atmosphere of environmental support,can we better promote the effectiveness of the audit evaluation rectification work.
