摘要
生产实习是培养机械电子工程专业学生综合能力的重要途径之一.文章初步探讨了基于生产实习的机械电子工程专业学生综合能力提升的范式.研究及实践发现,生产实习可以有效提高机电专业学生的实践能力、团队合作能力和创新能力.然而,目前机电专业学生的生产实习中存在一些问题,如生产实习时间不足、实习内容单一等.因此,文章提出了一些改进建议,包括增加实习时间、拓宽实习内容等.希望通过这些措施,能够更好地提升机械电子工程专业学生的综合能力.
Production internship is one of the important ways to cultivate the comprehensive abilities of mechanical and electronic engineering students.This paper preliminarily explores the paradigm of enhancing the comprehensive abilities of mechanical and electronic engineering students based on production internships.Research and practice have found that production internships can effectively improve the practical skills,teamwork abilities,and innovation capabilities of mechanical and electronic engineering students.However,there are some issues in the current production internships for mechanical and electronic engineering students in universities,such as insufficient internship duration and limited internship content.Therefore,this paper proposes some improvement suggestions,including increasing internship duration and expanding internship content.It is hoped that through these measures,the comprehensive abilities of mechanical and electronic engineering students can be better enhanced.
