摘要
近10年来,非洲油气出口量及其占世界的比例有所降低,但近期非洲新发现储量居各大油气产区之首,主要集中在非洲西海岸的北段、东地中海和东非被动大陆边缘,且均以天然气为主.未来,非洲油气的生产和出口有较快发展的可能,或成为液化天然气的重要产区,将进一步促进非洲经济的发展和政局的稳定.中国与非洲在油气开拓方面有较多合作,为进一步发展中非间合作互利的友好关系,中国不仅要与非洲各国合作大力开展上游的勘探开发,而且要进行管线、炼厂和液化天然气厂的建设.
Africa’s oil and gas industry has been in a downturn in the last decade.However,the newly discovered reserves in Africa recently ranked first in the major regions,mainly concentrated in the northern part of the west coast of Africa,the eastern Mediterranean and the passive continental margin of East Africa,and those are all natural gas.The production and export of oil and gas in Africa will have a rapid development potential and will become an important production area for LNG.This will further promote the development of the African economy and the stability of the political situation.China has many oil and gas cooperation with Africa.In order to further develop the friendly relations between China and Africa,it is necessary not only to cooperate with African countries to carry out upstream exploration and development,but also to build pipelines,refineries and liquefied natural gas plants.
