摘要
失血性休克是常见的危重病,笔者在临床上治疗非创伤性失血性休克,结合中西医治疗理念和二者各自治疗优势,以限制性液体复苏,补充血制品、晶体、使用止血药物等治疗的基础上,从中医气血理论出发应用补气药物,使补血而助行血,补血而不留瘀,有利于患者维持血流动力学的稳定,保证有效的心输出量和恢复组织的正常血流灌注,取得了较好的疗效。
Hemorrhagic shock is a common critical disease.In the clinical treatment of non-traumatic hemorrhagic shock,the author combines the treatment concept of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and their respective treatment advantages,on the basis of limited fluid resuscitation,supplement of blood products,crystals,use of hemostatic drugs and other treatments,and based on the theory of qi and blood of traditional Chinese medicine,applies qi replenishing drugs,so as to replenish blood and help blood,and replenish blood without retaining blood stasis.It is helpful for patients to maintain the stability of hemodynamics,to ensure the effective cardiac output and to restore the normal blood flow perfusion of the tissue,and has achieved good results.
