摘要
目的分析温肾化痰调经方联合双胍类药物治疗肥胖性闭经(肾虚痰瘀型)患者的疗效。方法选取肥胖性闭经(肾虚痰瘀型)患者62例(2017年10月—2018年12月),简单随机法分组。参照组(31例)单纯应用双胍类药物治疗,联合组(31例)应用温肾化痰调经方+双胍类药物治疗。对比2组疗效、症状缓解及治疗前后性激素[促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、LH/促卵泡生长激素(FSH)]水平。结果联合组总有效率(90.32%)高于参照组(64.52%),P<0.05;联合组治疗1个疗程后闭经、带下量多、形体肥胖、纳少痰多评分较参照组低(P<0.05);联合组治疗1个疗程后血清LH、T、LH/FSH水平较参照组低(P<0.05)。结论温肾化痰调经方联合双胍类药物治疗肥胖性闭经(肾虚痰瘀型),能显著增强治疗效果,缓解症状,调节性激素水平。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of warming kidney and resolving phlegm for regulating menstruation recipe combined with biguanide drugs in the treatment of obesity amenorrhea(kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis type).Methods A total of 62 patients with obesity amenorrhea(kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis type)were enrolled in our hospital(October 2017 to December 2018),and were randomly randomized.The control group(31 cases)was treated with biguanide only,and the combined group(31 cases)was treated with warming kidney and resolving phlegm for regulating menstruation recipe and biguanide.The efficacy,symptom relief,and levels of sex hormones[Luteinizing Hormone(LH),Testosterone(T),LH/Focus Growth Hormone(FSH)]were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate(90.32%)in the combined group was higher than that in the control group(64.52%)(P<0.05).The combined group had a lower amenorrhea,more under-load,more obesity,and less than the control group after one course of treatment(P<0.05).The serum LH,T,LH/FSH levels in the combined group were lower than those in the control group after one course of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Warming kidney and resolving phlegm for regulating menstruation recipe combined with biguanide drugs for obesity amenorrhea(kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis type)can significantly enhance the therapeutic effect,relieve symptoms and regulate sex hormone levels.
