摘要
当前,建筑市场成本持续攀升,竞争日益激烈。同时,对品质要求不断提高,对项目承接及履约提出巨大挑战。施工中模板用量大,成本占比高,材料损耗大,直接影响结构成型质量和项目盈利水平。文章从深化设计、现场管理、综合效益分析入手,通过在项目中实施铝模免抹灰工艺施工。实践表明,项目效益显著,同时还能促进了项目管理水平提升,推动提质增效、精细化管理全面升级。
At present,the cost of the construction market continues to rise,and the competition is becoming increasingly fierce.At the same time,the continuous improvement of quality requirements poses a huge challenge to the project acceptance and performance.In the construction,the large amount of formwork,high cost proportion and large material loss directly affect the quality of structural molding and project profitability.Through the implementation of aluminum formwork non-sticking process construction in the project,from the deepening of design,site management,comprehensive benefit analysis,practice shows that the project benefit is remarkable,but also can promote the improvement of project management level,promote quality and efficiency,fine management upgrade.
