摘要
针对可再生能源发电并入电网时的电压波动问题,加入储能是一种有效的解决方法。根据储能经济分析建立基于用户和运营商2个主要受益者的经济模型,当储能投入使用后针对多种光伏渗透率下的最大电压水平建立目标函数并进行优化分析,验证其解决电压波动问题的有效性。结合案例利用经济模型对处于优化目标下的储能成本进行计算,得出对用户和运营商的最优方案。
Energy storage is an effective solution to the problem of voltage fluctuation when renewable energy generation is integrated into the grid.Based on the economic analysis of energy storage,an economic model is established based on two main beneficiaries:users and operators.After the energy storage is put into use,the objective function is established and optimized for the maximum voltage level under a variety of photovoltaic permeability,verifying its effectiveness in solving voltage fluctuation problem.Combined with the case,the economic model is used to calculate the energy storage cost under the optimization objective,and the optimal scheme for users and operators is obtained.
