摘要
徐英超从个人践履和体育教学实践两个维度探索体育教育理论体系,创建从"身体活动"出发,以"体质生长"为原动力的体质教育思想,围绕如何有效实施其体质教育思想的操作规程和制度保障机制进行了实践探索,在实践基础上建构了思想、实践、制度"三位一体"的体质教育理论及实施体系。这一体系从根本上解决了"理论源于实践的困境",其所释放出"开辟新实践"的体质教育张力,使之成为历久弥新的体育教育生命力和引导功能。
Xu Ying-chao explored the theoretical system of physical education from his personal practice and physical education practice;he developed the thought of physical fitness education which defines the "physical activity" as the starting point and "physical growth" as the motivating mechanism. He made a practical exploration on how to effectively implement the operation rules and system guarantee mechanism of his physical education thought. On the basis of practice, he constructed the physical fitness theory and implementation system of "Trinity" of thought, practice and system. This system fundamentally solves the dilemma of "theory comes from practice", and it releases the tension of "opening up new practices" in physical fitness education, making it a lasting vitality and guiding function of physical education.
