摘要
目的:探讨创造性思维教学策略在神经系统解剖教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2019级临床医学专业学生共90人,随机分为对照班和教改班,每班45人,分别运用传统教学法和创造性思维教学策略,通过理论知识考察、实验操作考察和学生反馈,评估创造性思维教学策略效果。结果:理论知识考察中,两班学生在"基本结构"方面成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而在"运行机制"和"拓展训练"及总成绩方面,教改班高于对照班(P<0.01)。实验操作考察中,教改班学生得分高于对照班(P<0.01),而所用时间低于对照班(P<0.01)。学生反馈表明,教改班学生在专注力的保持、课堂学习兴趣、对神经系统的理解、自主学习能力、发现和解决问题能力、创新性思维培养6个方面的满意度均高于对照班(P<0.05)。结论:在神经系统解剖教学中应用创造性思维教学策略,可以为医学生创造更佳的学习体验,有利于激发其学习解剖学知识的热情,提高学习的自我效能感和自我导向能力。
Objective:To explore the effect of creative thinking teaching strategy in anatomy teaching of nervous system.Methods:A total of 90 clinical medicine students were selected and randomly divided into control class and teaching reform class,with 45 students in each class.Traditional teaching method and creative thinking teaching strategy were respectively applied to evaluate the effect of creative thinking teaching strategy through theoretical knowledge investigation,experimental operation investigation and students’feedback.Results:In the investigation of theoretical knowledge,there was no statistically significant difference between the two classes in the achievement of"basic structure"(P>0.05),while in the aspects of"operation mechanism","extended training"and the total score,the teaching reform class was significantly higher than the control class(P<0.01).In the investigation of experimental operation,the score of students in the teaching reform class was significantly higher than that of the control class,while the time spent was significantly lower than that of the control class(P<0.01).According to the students’feedback,the students’satisfaction in six aspects,such as the maintenance of concentration,was higher than that of the control class(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of creative thinking teaching strategy in the teaching of nervous system anatomy can create a better learning experience for medical students,which is conducive to stimulating their enthusiasm for learning anatomy knowledge and improving their self-efficacy and self-guidance.
