摘要
为了实施高职高效的课堂理念革新,创新全人发展的教学效果,凝练出有示范与推广意义的高职课堂革新策略与实践积淀。通过收集、整理、归纳该院近年来所进行的课堂革新的理念、策略、措施、实践的全过程信息。对全人发展定位进行了分析,围绕"全人"教育,探索了"三化三元素"(市场化、现代化、国际化,思政元素、英语元素、应用元素)为纲的教学内容优化设计,提出了基于"全人"教育的"一页改革"教学设计革新理念与实践。阐明了"有温度的生命课堂"的内涵与特征。围绕全人教育培养目标的教学环节从教学理念、教学内容、教学设计与课堂模式等方面的革新实践,对教学效果与人才培养质量产生直接而深远的影响。
This paper is in order to implement the efficient innovation of classroom concept,innovate the teaching effect of all-round development,and condense the innovation strategy and practice accumulation with the significance of demonstration and promotion.Through collecting,sorting out and summarizing the whole process information of the ideas,strategies,measures and practices of classroom innovation carried out by our hospital in recent years.This paper analyzes the orientation of the development of the whole person,probes into the optimized design of teaching content based on the three elements(marketization,modernization,internationalization,ideological and political elements,English elements,application elements),and puts forward the innovative concept and practice of"one page reform"teaching design based on the education of the whole person.This paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of"life class with temperature".the innovative practice of the teaching link around the goal of the whole person education and training from the aspects of teaching concept,teaching content,teaching design and classroom model has a direct and far-reaching impact on the teaching effect and the quality of talent training.
