依托网络教研提升小学教师的本体性知识

摘要 本体性知识,主要是指教师所具备的知识素养和教学能力。而在当前教育环境下,教育标准的提升促使教师能力的欠缺逐渐被凸显出来,本体性知识的缺失使教学效果受到影响。网络教研是教师获取教学资源以及展现教学能力的新途径,对教师的本体性知识提升具备较好的推动作用。本文将就网络教研对小学教师本体性提升展开讨论。 Ontology knowledge mainly refers to the knowledge literacy and teaching ability of teachers In the current education environment,the improvement of education standards makes the lack of teachers’ability gradually highlighted.The lack of ontology knowledge affects the teaching effect.Network teaching and research is a new way for teachers to obtain teaching resources and show teaching ability,which has a good role in promoting teachers’ontology knowledge.This paper will discuss the promotion of network teaching and research on the ontology of primary school teachers.
