摘要
新时代中国高等教育的发展正在由量到质转变,明确"立德树人"质量的基本内涵,树立高校教师的立德树人质量观既是贯彻落实习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的实践要求,更是中国高质量发展目标在教育领域的内在需要。教师的质量决定人才培养的质量,立德树人质量要成为高校教师素质能力提升、人才培养体系建设、教育教学改革的"指挥棒",积极践行立德树人根本任务。
The new era,the development of China’s higher education is changing from quantity to quality,clear the basic connotation of"khalid ents"quality,set up the university teachers khalid ents quality is not only the implementation of jinping the practical demand for the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,is the development of Chinese high quality goal intrinsic need in the field of education.The quality of teachers determines the quality of personnel training,and the quality of moral education should become the"baton"for the improvement of teachers’quality,the construction of personnel training system and the reform of education and teaching,and the fundamental task of moral education should be actively practiced.
