摘要
本文就土木专业教师的实践能力现状进行分析,指出对于专业教师的具体实践技能需要,并从院校和教师两方面提出了培养土木专业教师的工程实践教学能力的可行性方案。
This article analyzes the current situation of the professional competence of civil engineering teachers,points out the specific practical skill needs of professional teachers,and puts forward the feasibility plan of cultivating the engineering practice teaching ability of civil engineering teachers from both colleges and teachers.
