线上线下混合教学模式在人力资源管理师课程中的探索与实践 被引量:4

摘要 疫情背景下,本团队老师采用传统面对面教学和网络平台教学相结合的线上和线混合教学模式,将课堂从实体教室延伸到线上教学平台,充分利用现代信息化优势,提高学生学习兴趣,提升教学效果,扩展教学资源。依据人才培养方案、课程标准,结合国家职业资格、学生考证需求,对接相应行业背景,整合人力资源管理师四级教程教材,设计和实施SDADES"6步骤"混合式教学过程。实施并发现线上线下的混合式SDADES教学模式在人力资源管理师课程中能初步实现教学目标、完成教学任务。 In the context of the epidemic situation,the teachers of the team adopt the online and online mixed teaching mode which combines the traditional face-to-face teaching and the online platform teaching.We make full use of the advantages of modern information technology andextend the classroom from the physical classroom to the online teaching platform,which improves students’interest in learning,improve teaching effect and expand teaching resources.According to the talent training plan and curriculum standard,combined with the national vocational qualification and the student’s examination requirements,combined with the corresponding industry background,integrated the four-level teaching materials of human resource managers,we designed and implemented the"six steps"mixed teaching process of"sdades".It is found that the online and offline mixed"sdades"teaching mode can preliminarily achieve the teaching objectives and tasks in the course of human resource managers.
