摘要
特殊时期会给教育系统带来巨大挑战,教育部提出,利用网络平台"停课不停学",在线教育作为教育教学的重要组织形式,面临着巨大的机遇,也带来极大挑战。易班作为高校学生思想政治教育、学生事务管理的新兴平台,在线上教育中发挥着更加明显的作用。本文结合特殊时期学校教育实际,根据在线教育理论,论述了课程教学、思想教育、学生管理的策略,在此基础上提出了基于易班的在线教育对策,希冀满足在线教育中学生组织与管理的迫切需要,为提升在线教育质量提供可行途径。
The special period will bring great challenges to the education system.The Ministry of education proposed that online education,as an important organizational form of education and teaching,is facing great opportunities and challenges by using the network platform of"no suspension of classes".As a new platform of Ideological and political education and student affairs management,E-class plays a more obvious role in online education.Based on the theory of online education,this paper discusses the strategies of curriculum teaching,ideological education and student management,and puts forward the online education strategies based on the E-Class,hoping to meet the urgent needs of the organization and management of students in online education,and to provide a feasible way to improve the quality of Online education.
