摘要
《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010--2020年)》明确提出未来十年高等教育的目标是提高质量。在此背景下,高校的思想政治教育工作必须结合大学生实际,以更加专业的姿态为每一个学生的成长成才提供帮助和指导。独立学院的学生相较普通本科学生的特殊身份、家庭构成、目标定位、个性张扬、思维活跃等特性给日常教育管理工作带来了一系列有利或有弊的行为表现。独立学院的辅导员每天在应付和处理各种问题学生、问题事件中耗费了大量的时间和精力,使得本来就繁杂的辅导员工作更加"苦不堪言"。因此,独立学院的辅导员除了具备相关的学科理论和方法,还必须在开展思想政治教育的针对性和时效性上实现"快准狠"解决个案,"广延深"启预共性,以适应学生工作复杂多变的要求。本文将经典案例分析引入独立学院学生事务管理,以解决学生的现实问题为准绳,对日常工作中遇到的案例开展分析并提出了成功解决各类案例的步骤和策略,有助于辅导员将理论性转化为实操性,提升专业素养和职业能力。
The Outline of the National Medium-and Long-term Plan for Education Reform and Development (2010-2020) clearly states that the goal of higher education in the next decade is to improve quality.Under this background,the ideological and political education work of colleges and universities must be combined with the reality of college students,and provide help and guidance for each student's growth and talent with a more professional attitude.Compared with the special identity,family composition,goal orientation,personality publicity and active thinking of ordinary undergraduate students,the students of independent college bring a series of favorable or unfavorable behavior manifestations to the daily education management work.Instructors at independent colleges deal with and deal with questions,questions and questions on a daily basis。this paper introduces the classical case analysis into the student affairs management of independent college,takes solving the students' practical problems as the criterion,analyzes the cases encountered in the daily work and puts forward the steps and strategies to solve all kinds of cases successfully,which is helpful for the counselors to transform the theory into practice and improve their professional accomplishment and professional ability.
