服务性学习在高职高专《老年护理》课程中的应用研究

摘要 为了探讨服务性学习在高职高专老年护理课程中的应用效果。选取我校105名护生作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组;对照组采用传统教学法,试验组在传统教学方法基础上引入服务性学习;教学结束后对两组护生的成绩和对老年人态度得分进行比较。结果显示,试验组的护生成绩得分、对老年人态度得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。因此得出结论,服务性学习模式在服务社会的同时能提高护生的学习效果,促进对老年人态度的积极转变,有利于老年护理事业的发展。 In order to explore the application effect of service learning in the course of elderly care in higher vocational colleges.105 nursing students in our school were selected as research objects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group adopted traditional teaching method,and the experimental group introduced service learning on the basis of traditional teaching method.After the end of the teaching,the scores of the two groups of nursing students and the scores of attitude towards the elderly were compared.The results showed that the scores of nursing students and attitude towards the elderly in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Therefore,it is concluded that the service learning mode can improve the learning effect of nursing students,promote the positive change of attitude towards the elderly,and be beneficial to the development of the elderly nursing career while serving the society.
