摘要 EED(Earth Energy Designer)是由瑞典隆德大学基于地埋孔热传导数学模型开发的垂直埋管换热器设计软件。以陕西省韩城市某室内射击场的地源热泵项目为例,使用EED软件对地源热泵系统的垂直埋管换热器进行设计和计算。利用清华大学开发的DeST软件对项目进行了全年空调负荷计算,确定出全年逐时负荷曲线。通过热响应和项目实测调研确定岩土、钻孔、换热器、循环介质等相关参数,在软件中输入计算所需要的边界条件和相关参数进行求解。地源热泵系统设计运行20年,通过EED求解了所需钻孔深度,分析了不同出水温度限值对钻孔深度的影响。得出系统运行期间地源侧循环介质逐时温度和地埋孔逐时换热量,及系统运行最后一年循环介质的最高、最低出水温度及换热强度。通过项目的设计能够展示EED软件的主要功能及运行流程,为同类型项目提供设计参考和技术支撑。 EED(Earth Energy Designer)is a software for designing vertical buried tube heat exchanger,which is developed by Lund University of Sweden based on the mathematical model of groundburied hole heat conduction.This paper takes the ground source heat pump project of an indoor shooting range in Hancheng City,Shaanxi Province as an example,and uses EED software to design the system ground heat exchanger.The DeST software developed by Tsinghua University is used to calculate the annual air conditioning load of the project,and the hourly load curve is determined throughout the year.The relevant parameters of the geotechnical,drilling depth,heat exchanger,circulating medium and others are determined through thermal response and project survey.Boundary conditions and relevant parameters required for calculation are entered in the software to solve.The ground source heat pump system of this project was designed and operated for 20 years.The required drilling depth was solved by EED,and the influence of different outlet temperature limits on the drilling depth was analyzed.The hourly temperature of the circulating medium of the buried pipeline and the hourly heat exchange amount of the buried hole during the operation of the system,and the highest and lowest outlet temperature and heat exchange intensity of the circulating medium in the last year of the system operation are obtained.The design of the project can show the main functions and operation process of EED software,providing design reference and technical support for the same type of project.
