摘要
目的探讨康复新液联合雷贝拉唑四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性胃溃疡的有效性及安全性。方法选择2021年8月—2023年11月邹城市人民医院收治的78例Hp阳性胃溃疡患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组采用雷贝拉唑四联疗法,观察组在对照组基础上采用康复新液治疗。对比两组的临床疗效、Hp清除率、血脂水平、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率、Hp清除率均较对照组高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在Hp阳性胃溃疡患者中使用康复新液联合雷贝拉唑四联疗法,可显著加强疗效,有效根除Hp,改善血脂水平,且用药安全性较高。
Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of Kangfuxin liquid combined with rabeprazole quadruple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive gastric ulcers.Methods 78 Hp positive gastric ulcer patients admitted to Zoucheng People's Hospital from August 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rabeprazole quadruple therapy,while the observation group was treated with Kangfu Xin liquid on the basis of the control group.Compare the clinical efficacy,Hp clearance rate,blood lipid levels,and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and Hp clearance rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol,triglycerides,and lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol were higher than those in the control group.The differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of Kangfuxin liquid combined with rabeprazole quadruple therapy in Hp positive gastric ulcer patients can significantly enhance the therapeutic effect,effectively eradicate Hp,improve blood lipid levels,and have high medication safety.
