摘要
目的探讨武汉市内6~8岁儿童出现哮喘样症状与室内环境的相关性,为有效防治儿童哮喘发作提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,于2019年11—12月从武汉市的7个行政区中随机抽取14所学校的1612名儿童(男生870名,女生742名)为调查对象,采用国际儿童哮喘和变态反应研究(International Study on Asthma and Allergies in Childhood,ISACC)问卷调查哮喘及相关症状,并了解环境相关影响因素。结果6.5%(102/1612)的儿童曾出现过哮喘样症状。多因素logistic回归分析显示,室内装修(OR=2.099,95%CI:1.313~3.356)、潮湿(OR=1.970,95%CI:1.062~3.653)和令人不悦气味(OR=1.886,95%CI:1.023~3.477)与儿童出现哮喘样症状有相关性(P<0.05)。结论不良室内环境对儿童出现哮喘样症状有一定的影响,家长应积极有效地采取相应的干预措施,降低哮喘的发生率。
Objective To explore the correlation between asthma-like symptoms and indoor environment among 6-8 years old children in Wuhan,and to provide scientific basis for effective prevention and treatment of asthma attacks in children.Methods A total of 1612 children(870 boys,742 girls)were randomly selected from 14 schools in seven administrative districts of Wuhan by stratified cluster sampling during November to December 2019 for the investigation on asthma and related symptoms by questionnaire designed by International Study on Asthma and Allergies in Childhood(ISACC),the environmental factors influencing asthma were analyzed.Results 6.5%of children had asthma-like symptoms.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that interior decoration(OR=2.099,95%CI:1.313-3.356),dampness(OR=1.970,95%CI:1.062-3.653)and unpleasant odors(OR=1.886,95%CI:1.023-3.477)were correlated with asthma-like symptoms in children(P<0.05).Conclusion Poor indoor environment plays a role on children’s asthma,and thus parents should take appropriate intervention to reduce the incidence of asthma.
