摘要
目的系统评价中国儿童哮喘的主要危险因素,为儿童哮喘的早期防治和改善预后提供参考。方法检索中国知网、万方、维普和中国生物医学文献数据库中2013年1月1日至2023年6月11日国内发表的关于中国儿童哮喘危险因素的文献研究,由双人独立对文献进行检索、筛选和数据提取以进行质量控制,使用Excel及NoteExpress软件对文献数据进行整合及查重,使用Stata软件进行数据分析。结果共纳入24篇病例对照研究进行定量定性分析,病例组4612例,对照组5507例。Meta分析结果显示:过敏性鼻炎(OR=5.289,95%CI:2.214~12.631),湿疹/皮炎史(OR=4.575,95%CI:1.943~10.774),哮喘家族史(OR=3.708,95%CI:2.662~5.164),呼吸道感染(OR=3.483,95%CI:2.362~5.138),被动吸烟史(OR=2.407,95%CI:1.984~2.920)是儿童哮喘的危险因素。结论引起中国儿童哮喘发作的危险因素较多,其中过敏性鼻炎,湿疹/皮炎史,哮喘家族史,呼吸道感染,被动吸烟史会增加儿童患哮喘风险。
Objective To systematically evaluate the main risk factors for asthma in Chinese children,and provide reference for early prevention and treatment of childhood asthma and improving prognosis.Methods Retrieve literature researches on risk factors for childhood asthma in China published in China from January 1,2013 to June 11,2023 in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and CBM databases.The literature was independently searched and screened,and the data was extracted by two individuals for quality control,Use Excel and NoteExpress software to integrate and verify literature data,and use Stata software for data analysis.Results A total of 24 case-control studies were included for quantitative and qualitative analysis,with a case group of 4612 cases and a control group of 5507 cases.The Meta-analysis results showed that allergic rhinitis(OR=5.289,95%CI:2.214-12.631),a history of eczema/dermatitis(OR=4.575,95%CI:1.943-10.774),a family history of asthma(OR=3.708,95%CI:2.662-5.164),respiratory infections(OR=3.483,95%CI:2.362-5.138),and a history of passive smoking(OR=2.407,95%CI:1.984-2.920)were the risk factors for childhood asthma.Conclusion There are many risk factors for asthma attacks in Chinese children,in which allergic rhinitis,history of eczema/dermatitis,family history of asthma,respiratory infections,and a history of passive smoking can increase the risk of asthma in children.
