摘要
我国植物油加工装备基础薄弱,经过多年的努力,目前我国植物油加工装备已得到迅速发展,形成了比较完整的体系,市场竞争能力不断增强。未来我国植物油加工装备将随着装备制造业的崛起,自动化程度不断提高,能源消耗逐渐降低,安全性能等级逐步提升;随着我国加大生态环境保护力度,加工装备生产企业的环保意识也将不断提高。我国植物油加工装备虽已取得长足进步,但仍存在由于盲目模仿和抄袭导致的设备可靠性和稳定性不高的问题;由于高附加值产品的开发较晚,导致植物油副产品的深加工利用率过低而造成资源极大浪费的问题;由于环保装备的技术发展速度缓慢,植物油生产企业面临处理难度大、治理成本高的问题。
Vegetable oil processing equipment manufacturing was weak in China,but it has developed rapidly with the characteristics of relatively complete system and high competitiveness after efforts of years.In future,with the rising of equipment manufacturing industry in China,the automaticity and safety performance of Vegetable oil processing equipment will improve gradually,and energy consumption will decrease.The awareness of enterprises will be motivated with the increasing efforts to environment protection in China.Although great progress has been achieved,there are still few problems.For example,the reliability and stability of equipment is still not high because of blind imitation and plagiarism.The low-usage of vegetable oil by-products to deep processing and tremendous resources are wasted because of the late development of high value-added products.Due to the slow development of environmental protection equipment and technology,the majority of vegetable oil production enterprises are facing with difficulties and high cost to handle environmental problems.
