摘要
目的应用Vitapex糊剂作为活髄保存剂对年轻恒磨牙龋源性露髓进行部分活髓切断术治疗,并对其临床效果进行评价分析。方法回顾性分析了采用部分活髓切断术治疗的22例患者的临床资料,男15例,女7例,共26颗龋源性露髓年轻恒磨牙,Vitapex糊剂作为活髄保存剂,随访1~3年,通过临床检查和X线检查评价部分活髄切断术的治疗效果。结果 Vitapex部分活髓切断术治疗龋源性露髓年轻恒磨牙26颗,成功23颗,成功率为88.46%。19颗术后X线片复查中显示牙本质桥形成,占82.61%。无1颗出现根管内钙化及根内、外吸收等并发症。结论对于龋源性露髓的年轻恒磨牙,Vitapex部分活髓切断术是有效的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of partial pulpotomy on young permanent molars with cariously exposured pulps.Methods Totally 26 young permanent molars of 22 patients with cariously exposured pulps were treated with a partial pulpotomy technique and assessed clinically by followed up 1 to 3 years.Results Totally 23 of the treated teeth did not show any clinical or radiographic signs of failure during the follow-up period.The success rate of this treatment was 88.46%.Conclusions Partial pulpotomy may be a successful and effective treatment for young permanent molars with cariously exposed pulps and Vitapex may be a suitable method for it.
