不同海拔地区养路工外周血T细胞亚群水平的比较 被引量:4

Comparison on the Levels of T Cell Subpopulation in the Peripheral Blood of Road Workers Working at Different Altitude

摘要 [目的]观察高原地区不同海拔高度养路工人的细胞免疫水平。[方法]对海拔2800m、3500m、4000m3个海拔高度的养路工人进行T细胞亚群CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8和白细胞(WBC)、淋巴细胞(LY)检测。[结果]海拔4000m养路工人的CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8、WBC值增高最为明显(分别为85.46±7.18、47.25±8.62、33.25±9.55、1.58±0.69、6.94±1.65),而2800m则无明显增高。3个海拔高度工人的CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8和WBC值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),各项值随海拔增高而增高(以CD3更为明显)。LY各组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]高原缺氧影响人体生理功能和免疫功能,因此在高原地区,做好体力劳动者的劳动和卫生保障工作是十分必要的。 [Objective] To observe the cellular immunity level of road maintenance workers working at different altitude plateau region.[ Methods] Road maintenance workers working at 3 different altitudes,namely 2 800 m,3 500 m,and 4 000 m,were selected as subjects.Their T-lymphocyte subsets CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 and white blood cel(lWBC),as well as lymphocytes(LY)were detected.[ Results] CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8,and WBC values in workers at 4 000 m were increased most obviously,the values were 85.46±7.18,47.25±8.62,33.25±9.55,1.58±0.69,and 6.94±1.65,respectively.Those values were not significantly increased in worker at 2 800 m.The values of all detected indices but LY in the three altitude groups showed significant difference(P 〈 0.01),and showed an increasing tendency with the altitude,in which CD3 was the most obvious one.[Conclusion] The low oxygen environment at high altitude affects on workers'physiological function and immune function.To improve the labor and health protection for workers at the plateau region is very necessary.
