摘要
服务型制造是数字智能新时代科技革命推动产业发展和产业变革的必然产物,是现代产业体系的核心内容,体现了构筑新产业发展格局的规律性、趋势性要求。本文在一个全新的认识层面上阐述了服务型制造的本质,认为服务型制造是新时代一场"五跨"的产业范式和产业生态变革,明确认定制造与服务的关系是由一个连续不间断的产业谱系所刻画,由此指出服务型制造的高端形态是制造与服务的全方位立体融通,立足于开创重塑产业组织关系的全新产业格局。本文概括论述了服务型制造与产业互联网和数字智能技术的关系,并立足制造—服务融合谱系的认识和对服务型制造的全新定义,着眼于产业组织关系的变革提出制造业企业向服务型制造转型的12条路径。最后指出全面推进服务型制造需要在五个方面实现突破。
Service-oriented manufacturing is the inevitable product of the technological revolution in the new era of digital intelligence to promote industrial development and industrial transformation.It is the core content of the modern industrial system and reflects the regularity and trend requirements of building a new industrial development pattern.This article expounds the essence of service-oriented manufacturing at a brand-new level of understanding.It believes that service-oriented manufacturing is a"five-span"industrial paradigm and industrial ecological transformation in the new era.It clearly recognizes that the relationship between manufacturing and service is a continuous The industry pedigree portrays from this point,it points out that the high-end form of service-oriented manufacturing is an all-round three-dimensional integration of manufacturing and service,based on the creation of a new industrial pattern that reshapes the relationship between industrial organizations.This article summarizes the relationship between service-oriented manufacturing and the industrial Internet and digital intelligent technology,and based on the understanding of the manufacturing-service integration pedigree and a new definition of service-oriented manufacturing,it focuses on the transformation of industrial organization relations and proposes that manufacturing companies turn to service-oriented manufacturing.12 paths of transformation.Finally,it is pointed out that the comprehensive promotion of service-oriented manufacturing needs to achieve breakthroughs in five aspects.
