摘要
教学质量是院校教学的生命,军队院校思想政治理论课教学尤其要注重教学质量。提升教学质量首先要做好教学准备,从教材、大纲、学员、实践四个方面入手,奠定思政课教学基础。能否提升教学效果,关键在于讲授内容,军队院校思政课必须突出兵味、真味、情味、趣味。在教学过程中,要充分利用现代教学法,采用合适的辅助手段,如开展翻转课堂,实施对分教学,合理利用网上资源(微课、慕课)等,切实提升教学效果。
Teaching quality is the life of college teaching,especially the ideological and political theory teaching in military colleges.To improve the quality of teaching,first of all,we should do a good job in teaching preparation,starting from the four aspects of teaching materials,syllabus,students and practice,to lay the foundation of Ideological and political teaching.Whether the teaching effect can be improved or not depends on the teaching content.The ideological and political courses in military colleges and universities must highlight the military taste,the real taste,the sentiment and the interest.In the process of teaching,we should make full use of modern teaching methods and appropriate auxiliary means,such as flipped classroom,split teaching,and reasonable use of online resources (micro class and MOOC class),so as to effectively improve the teaching effect.
